Dr. Han Junhua is a researcher at the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, as wellas director of Applied Nutrition.
 
Dr. Han Junhua has been engaged in nutrition and special dietary food standards for many years to understand the status quo of domestic and foreign standards and accumulated a wealth of experience in the standard revision and interpretation .
 
In recent years，she involved in the drafting of important criteria as the main drafters including: GB 10765-2010 infant formula food, GB 14880-2012 food nutrition enhancer use standards, GB28050-2011 pre-packaged food nutrition labeling general rules, GB13432-2013 pre-packaged special dietary Food labeling general rules, GB29922-2013 special medical use formula formula. She has also undertaken a number of research topics and carried out various forms of nutrition education, including nutrition label publicity and science, risk assessment of nutrients, follow-up evaluation of infant food standards and the study of the needs of special populations of nutrients.
 
Dr. Han Junhua also served as director and spokesperson of the Chinese delegation to the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Special Dietary Foods and deputy director of the laws and regulations standard working committee of the Chinese Nutrition Society.
