Jiang Yujun was born in 1971 and received a doctorate from Northeast Agricultural University in 2001. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Northeast Agricultural University, University of Vermont .

 He has made some achievements in food safety and dairy science and technology field。He was the youth leader in technological innovation talents in the Ministry of science and technology and a gainer of Science Foundation of outstanding youth in Heilongjiang，and selected as the national level talents special support plan。
