September 1980 to July 1987 ,study at Beijing Kasetsart University;
July 1987 to December 2014work at China Agricultural University;Deputy director ,functional dairy laboratory of Ministry of Education;
January 2012 to this daydeputy director,Beijing Laboratory for food quality and safety;
December 2014 to this daydirector, Key Laboratory of functional dairy products of Ministry of Education。

Primary Domain of Research:

Functional dairy products (functional protein, peptide separation and synthesis, isolation and functional evaluation of probiotics);
Cheese processing theory and technology;
Deep processing technology and industrialization of yak milk。

Representative works:
1. the structure and function of milk proteins and peptides;
2. modern dairy processing and quality controlling;
3. dairy engineers practical technical manual
